Entering their tenth season of play, The Los Angeles Avengers are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals, who are interested in pursuing a career in sports by being impact players on our Inside Sales Team.   Responsibilities include selling full season, group and other ticket plans for the Avenger season via the telephone. This is a part-time, entry-level sales position with day and afternoon shifts available.

Compensation Plan:

$8.00 per hour plus a very competitive commission and bonus programs.

Essential Duties & Skills Required:

• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain business relationships via telephone
• Disciplined, motivated and have the desire to succeed
• Selling of season, group and ticket packages through telemarketing & events
• Reliable, punctual and able to effectively manage one’s time
• Maintain databases and complete adaptation of our Customer Relationship Management system
• Effective computer skills and well organized
